Over three months, you'll join three live coaching sessions. These interactive sessions deliver practical strategies, real-time problem-solving, and engaging discussions that provide a proven framework for coaching your teachers.
Between sessions, you’ll complete hands-on homework assignments, applying what you’ve learned in your program.
You'll also have access to two live office hour sessions, where you can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and receive personalized coaching.
By the end of the program, you’ll earn your Behavior Coaching Certification, a testament to your expertise in empowering your staff.
Then, continue your growth with our Behavior Coaching Academy, featuring ongoing support, resources, and monthly live coaching.

Take the next step with the Behavior Coaching Academy, a yearlong program that deepens your skills, strengthens your team, and builds a lasting coaching culture across your program.
We encourage you to attend all three live sessions to get the most from the coaching experience, but recordings will be available if you miss one.

Yes! Many programs enroll more than one leader. In fact, we encourage 2–3 participants from the same program because shared learning helps create consistent coaching and stronger results.
You’ll receive 7.5 hours of administrative/leadership training for attending the live sessions and completing the assignments. Attending both optional office hours earns an additional 3 hours, for a total of 10.5 hours.
Perfect! This certification builds on what you already know. Unlike one-off trainings, this program focuses on coaching your teachers so you can turn information into real, lasting change in your classrooms and program culture.
The Behavior Coaching Certification teaches you the foundations of coaching teachers through challenging behaviors.
The Behavior Coaching Academy is a yearlong program that helps you apply and sustain those skills across your entire leadership team and program.
Each registration is for one participant. However, you’re welcome to discuss what you learn with your team and apply the tools together. If multiple leaders want to attend live, each should register individually.
All live sessions, office hours, and reflection materials will be available through our private online learning portal. You’ll receive login access after registration.
Because leadership without coaching leads to burnout for you and your staff. This certification equips you with a proven framework to support teachers effectively, reduce stress, and lead classrooms that actually run calm.
The full certification cost is $825 per person, which includes all live sessions, materials, and access to recordings. Because space is limited and materials are immediately available upon registration, we’re unable to offer refunds.
No materials or preparation are needed before starting. Upon registering, you will be given access to a few materials you will find helpful throughout the course.
