Prerna started Together We Grow to give educators and caregivers the resources they need to create responsive and joyful classrooms. She comes from a strength based perspective to serve educators and administrators.

A message from the founder.

Welcome to the world of young children! Thanks for joining me! I am passionate about early years birth to 8 years of age. A child’s early years lays the foundation for the rest of their lives. I started this consulting business because I believe that the early years are the most important in terms of brain development. Did you know 90% of the foundation is laid by the age of 5 years? I want to help spread this important message.

I offer three services:

  1. Professional development based on current brain research, and relationship focused.
  2. Behavior coaching for classrooms
  3. National Association Education of young children (NAEYC) accreditation consulting.

​I started this consulting business because I believe that the early years are the most important in terms of brain development, 90% of the foundation is laid by the age of 5 years. I want to spread the importance of these years around the world.
