The Behavior Coaching Academy combines consistent training, coaching, and accountability to help you apply what you learn until it becomes who you are as a leader.
The Behavior Coaching Academy officially launches on July 23, 2026, with our FIRST Live Learning Lab from 2:00-4:00 PM CT!
Live Learning Labs happen once per month, and you’ll get the full schedule as soon as you enroll. In order to earn all 48 hours of PD, you must join all Live Learning Labs.
If you cannot attend a Live Learning Lab, you will be able to watch the recording, but will not receive those two training hours.
You can earn up to 48 hours of training if you attend all Live Learning Labs, complete the coursework, and engage in discussions.
The Certification teaches you how to coach your teachers. The Academy helps you live it out and with 12 months of real coaching, accountability, and support to turn skills into lasting program-wide change.
